What is a Foundation recipe? To me, they are recipes for food items that act as the BASE for other dishes. Such as how to make low point & calorie Masa, for tortillas and tamales. A guide for making low point Fresh Pasta, that you then use to make low point pasta dishes and lasagnas, recipes for a low point pie crust or breading. On their own, they are just a foundation for larger dishes and meals, but they are an integral part of the cooking process. Included in this section, I'm also putting all 10 of my 0 point ground turkey seasoning mixes.
